Red Fish
Red Fish Very impressive sculpture for home, office or cabin. The photo doesn't do justice to this is a beautiful pacific northwest inspired 40"x24" fused glass and steel sculpture. For indoor or outdoor application.

The heat-treated and clear powder-coated steel frame "floats" 2" from the wall using adjustable steel set-offs making the piece stable and movable.

The glass fish swim through the scene at variable distances (.5" to 2")from the wall. The fish may be displayed in your choice of arrangement using the same adjustable set-off system.

The red and green fish are a melange of red opalescent, rainbow dichroic, dichroic stringer, assorted frit, and iridized clear glasses.

The green fish is an adventurine green glass (which as lore has it has been used as a lucky talisman and is a popular stone/color for gamblers. For those non-gamblers legends say that it is an all-purpose healer, used to reduce stress, develop confidence, imagination and improve prosperity. A legend from ancient Tibet says that aventurine was used to improve nearsightedness and to increase the wearer's creativity. Many believe that aventurine has the capacity to calm a troubled spirit and bring about inner peace).
