Rootbear
Rootbear This beautifully transparent and awesome cast glass Alaskan Grizz Track is created using a lost wax casting method. The casting mold was created using an actual plaster bear track taken in the Katmai National Park in Alaska in 2007.

The signed and numbered root beer colored track is composed of approx. 7 pounds of Bullseye glass billets, kilnworked at temperatures reaching 1540 degrees for a period of over 55 hours. The dimensions of the glass are 10"x10.5"x1.75". Would you prefer a different color? Contact me.

The final piece is cold worked and rests upon an impressive powder coated steel base weighing approx. 20 pounds.

The rectangular part of the base is 17"x2.75"x1.25"
The curved part of the stand is 14"x8"x with a diameter of .75". The total height of the piece including base is 13".

The glass casting and base will be shipped separatley for safety.
