Rex Float on Fat Tuesday 1 mile from my home. To the rest of the world it's just another tuesday, but to us it's Christmas morning meets Halloween night..... AKA Mardi Gras. This is a picture taken from my friends Steven and Fran Murray's home on St. Charles Avenue.
