FEMA: Federal Emergency Missing in Action We were fortunate to evacuate; others had no choice or were stupid /stubborn enough to stay. As of 3/22/06 bodies continue to be found, with thousands still listed as missing. At least 1,300 of my neighbors died, as our Government failed at ALL levels
