Hardware store across the street We are located Uptown N.O., directly across from Freret Hardware, ½ mile from Tulane and Loyola Universities, and 1 block from Dunbars Restaurant. Katrina became a Category 5 storm on Saturday. It took us 17hrs to board up our home/condo and studio.
