This is my latest work. I recently graduated from college for creative studies and was interested in blowing on a torch and reduce the scale i was working in. Adam thomas worked with me on this series. Thanks ady. The first image is mostly silver post earrings. The rest obviously are pearl and chain necklaces. They were sold at the renegade craft fair this past summer in chicago.

Layers of opaque and semi-opaque glass personally cut and designed by me in my studio. The glass is then fused in the kiln at very high temperatures till the desired affect and strength is acheived. Only compatible glasses are used. Attached to a silver plate bail. Measures 1"(2.54cm) x 1 1/4"(3.175cm) (excluding bail).

These shots were taken outside in overcast light, which seems to work very well for dichroic macro work. Some of these pictures don't even look like glass, more like insect eyes or something. I had some prints made of these and I whipped out some greeting cards for the holidays. Very fun, many more on the way...

This collection started with a HeadPin Rosanimal TM and grew as my aquatic series did. I cant seem to stop making heads right now. This collection also inspired me to begin a series of magnets , cufflinks, tie bars and anything else I can epoxy. I have always had a fascination with glue (my favorite isle at the hardware store) I have finally found a few formulas that work well. I currently have cabinet knobs in test phase as well. It is a great feeling of freedom to not have to connect all aspects of my work as 'hot' glass.
