Welcome to our world of beautiful, glorious, whimsical, colorful, bright and shiny glass.

Our passion is discovering new ways to create works of beauty and art through combinations of richly colorful glass, cut in graceful and intricate shapes and heated to molecular unity.

Every piece of glass we make is a singular work, unique in the world, created by hand and mind. Explore, enjoy and partake of our world...

We still dance on our earth although the damage we have done to her is already taking shape, notice the skullshape.....
... and our mother earth are so fragile

Sushi Tray in Sun

Sushi Tray in Sun

I really liked how the sun was hitting this fused piece - I walked by at the right moment, and snapped this photo.

Of course - it looked better in person :)

I made this 6x6 piece about a year ago - fused/slumped glass with pattern silver foil - coldworked and polished on a belt sander.

It's a pretty simple piece ... but I like it.

Fused Dichroic Glass Pendants

These fused glass pendants are made of various shapes and colors of Bullseye, Uroboros and Spectrum dichroic glass. Due to the color shift of dichroic glass in the kiln, it's always a surprise to see what comes out of a firing!

Perfect for the Lacrosse fanatic! Even the least committed art fan will be converted by the installation of this trio of kiln-fired glass tiles using acrylic and powdered enamels. Coldworked, sandblasted, fire-polished and enameled.
One Time or More?...Story Beads!

One Time or More?...Story Beads!

(GeltDesigns)
All beads have a story. Through multiple firings and a careful combination of using lamp work, cold work, silver foils and enamel, I create fused glass beads that tell a story.

Whether it is a cat scampering after a ball, young girls and boys sunbathing on the beach, a lady bug resting on a leaf, a bird perched in a tree or a sail boat crossing the Chesapeake Bay, my “story bead” series seek to capture the romance of life frozen in a glass bead.

I hope the viewer is entranced by the duality of a fluid experience caught as a snapshot in glass. I want viewers to see and find their own stories in my glass beads.

This piece was designed to be a working palatte for ideas then turned into a wonderful vase/candle holder. Enchanting in it's lack of geometric design. Most everything of mine is well measured out with the exception of this piece. Please visit my gallery. (Sold)

A Chair in the Making

This piece was commissioned by the YWCA in Williamsport, PA for their Chair-ity auction. I have based the design on a high backed chair design of turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau furniture artist and acrhitect Charles Renee Mactintosh. Mr. Macintosh has always been an inspiration to my work. So my take on his chair design, hopefully, pays him the utmost respect.

Dichroic Glass & PMC Inclusions

Dichroic Glass & PMC Inclusions

(GeltDesigns)
What a discovery! While playing with PMC, I learned that dichoric glass reacts with the PMC to turn a gorgeous gold-- but only if you use the right amount of PMC. The wrong PMC combinations result in chipping or ugly air bubbles. The failures were worth it; look how enchanting is the proper formula. Paired with freshwater pearls and a custom 14kt gold clasp, this necklace glows with possibilities!
