Onxy female figure study

Onxy female figure study

(MicahEvans)
the pictured are hard to see, but this is probably one of my better female figures. The goblet barely fit in the kiln, it stands a hair under 24 inches tall.

Platters on Display

(PawleysPlatters)
About two years ago, I began working with mosaics. I must admit that it's quite addictive. I started with plates from garage sales and then added in beads, glass and other materials.
My first Human Figures

My first Human Figures

(ChristopherRice)
Well, I finally got around to some human sculpture I learned in my class with Milon in Jan. I have to say, they are fun, but I have a LONG way to go. Thanks to Steve Sizelove and Milon for the inspiration!

Deer Glasses

Deer Glasses

(ChristopherRice)
These were a custom order for a guy, this is the 3rd set I've made and I finally took some pics of them so I thought I would share. It's the head of a 10 point buck as the center point for some glasses. Definately a challenge to make, but I was happy with the outcome!! Now I can't wait to use some color! Thanks for looking.

airbone series

airbone series

(BerndWeinmayer)
I made the "airbone"-series 2002. The big "airbone" is flameworked borosilicatglass with color humangroups melted in- and outside the bottle. The "airbone" is 95cm high.
The little "parfum airbone" is similar made but only 9cm high...

Perfume Bottle Gallery

Perfume Bottle Gallery

(BradenHammond)
Collection of Bottles 2005-2008. I started with the blown form and find these bottles have come a long way over the past couple years. My favorite part is making the stopper to fit perfectly inside the bottles lip. When I first started making these bottles I had to make 3 stoppers to each 1 bottle. I have since gotten past this challenge but still feel very creative while blowing out these bottles.

Small Blown Glass Vessels by Tink of Black Swamp Glassworks...

... vessels are blown using Italian Effetre soft glass. Though the dimensions vary, they are pendant size. They hold an appreciable amount of aromatherapy oil or perfume (.5 to 1 teaspoon, approximately, or .6 dram).

some old, some new

some old, some new

(Dr.Simple)
Here's some cups and such, some of which sold, some of which are in my permanent collection. The set of 4 were made last spring in a Parramore workshop and sold for $800 to a collector (tallest 19").
The marbles in this group are 3" vortex marbles with opals.

incence burners

incence burners

(FEZ)
Here are a few incence burners, almost all of them are color changing inside out pieces. They work well you just buy stick incence light the end and put it in lit end down. The stick will burn down on its self and keep all the ash inside. This method keeps the potential of fire to a minimum.
Jars & vases

Jars & vases

(FEZ)
I love making jars and I am just getting into making larger vases most of my jars are out side work its a lot less work and some times I like the feel of the design on the glass also you can get some differnt colors that are hard to obtain with inside designs.
