Pre-2005 Jewelry

Pre-2005 Jewelry

(AndrewJ.Pollack)
Rings, bracelets, and some of my first necklaces made from precious stones and silver. Most are custom made to order.

This image has a signed pendant with silver dollar freshwater pearls and czek crystal as an accent.

If you enjoy these, see New Work Gallery for current images of jewelry by Andrew Jackson Pollack Designs. Now using silver chain, freshwater pearls, turquoise, coral, and other materials, centered around either an aquarium or a dichroic galaxy pendant.

Welcome to the tropics!

Welcome to the tropics!

(DebbieRich)
Sunsets, ocean breezes, refreshing saltwater.I have always loved the tropics. After living in Florida for a number of years, I was transplanted to the Southwest. These beads are my attempt to recapture and remember the Florida I left, and to serve as a stepping stone to the beauty of this new place I now call home.

So bear with me for now and I will very soon produce some improved images.

~~SPRING~~ I love to try and create glass to look somewhat like rock or precious gem stone. I used precious metals of antique silver and sterling silver in this bracelet. The real gem stones are red jasper. (gift picture #13)

Dichroic Art Glass, gemstone & pearl necklaces

Dichroic Art Glass, gemstone & pearl necklaces

(PamWeinGrimes)
My necklaces begin with a fused or lampworked Dichroic focal bead. My designs are completed with sterling silver clasps, semi-precious gems and water pearls. I love the contrast of using the non-traditional elements together.

@InsideOutBeads/D... Palnick: Silver-Core Focals, extra large

(InsideOutBeads)
These are the largest beads I make, approx. 32-33mm diameter, made on 3/4-inch thick mandrels. They are lined in sterling silver, and are designed to be attached as focals or pendants, with other beads or without, to cord or chain. I will add a soldered sterling silver jump ring, or satin cord with sterling findings for a small charge. Visit me at:

My love affair with wire began when I was a teenager crafting jewelry from discarded telephone wire. Today I enjoy designing jewelry in both precious and "ordinary" wire. This gallery represents examples of my work.

Aahh! Dichroic glass has an elegance all its own. The combination of dichroic focal beads and interesting freshwater pearls creates a truly unique piece of jewelry that can be worn from day into evening.

(LilianaBead)
This necklace is comprised of 50 beads which are identical in design. The original design of the bead was inspired by a piece titled, "What's Inside?", the author and maker of which is my friend, a kiln-cast glass artist Hillary Faccio.
The bead is made out of several layers with an overlay of enamels and decorated with murrine. There are 8 murrine slices fused onto each bead.
One important feature of this design is the interlock between each bead which adds texture and gives the entire piece a sense of organic interdependence. ... Steve Gyurina
