Inspired by the Ocean.............

(Christina)
These beads were inspired by the ocean.
I moved from the coast to the desert for a while and couldn't help but miss the water. So, I decided to make some beads in my studio to ward off the cravings.....Lol

Boro heart pendants by Brent Graber

Boro heart pendants by Brent Graber

(Mr.Smiley)
Here are some of my heart pendants. I really enjoy making them and letting the shape evolve over time. Going back through these pictures was kind of scary. I didn't post the hideous beginnings. People sure thought they were great at the time and so did I... it's cool to see how far I've come. Strolling down memory lane. :)
Borosilicate Beads

Borosilicate Beads

One of the most important parts of working with hard glass is "playing" with all of the wonderful colors and possibilities each one offers. This gallery includes most of the colors I've used in each bead. You might notice the large quantity of different designs used throughout these beads, part of the nature of my relationship with glass is a short attention span. I love to discover new techniques, however I hate to do any of them over and over.
Julio's Flowers

Julio's Flowers

(RedsideDesigns)
Bits of Julio's work. He is a master at encased boro flowers. I hate to toot our own horn but I have not seen any other encased flowers in boro as beautiful and well defind as Julio's.

Here are some new marbles and beads , pendants too. The air bubbles in the red flower marble looks realy cool in person as it appears as dew drops...
The 40 beads were created for a local church pastor as a fund raiser and to help a local artist .... never know where you will find support from the community.
The pendants a just a few of the ones that was taught to me from Zilla.

Boro Bead Sets

Boro Bead Sets

(LLuviaBrito)
Vivid opalescent boro colors, I've used both Northstar and Glass Alchemy. These sets of beads are the very best results of my love for color! One of the most important parts of working with hard glass is "playing" with all of the wonderful colors and possibilities each one offers.
