I've been playing with layering boro colors. The colors are on the back side with the clear front to magnify them. They are great fun to do, I really enjoy them.

The pendants are fused once then masked off and designs are cut out. They are then put into a sandblaster and sand carved until the desired look is achieved. Some are then put back into the kiln and fire polished. Others are also cut on a glass saw. Pictures don't do them justice....at least mine dont. :)

Borosilicate pendants with flowers and vines. Teardrop is free hand formed then attached to a mandrel bead. I developed this style of pendants originally out of a desire to display tiny frogs on a pendant and just ended up liking the flower and vine decorations better.

My dichroic pendants are made up of several layers of glass. Some of the designs are drawn and etched by hand, and they are all fused in a kiln a number of times until the desired effect is achieved.
