Submission for a local gallery

Three necklaces I've worked on to submit to the 'Its elemental' show at the Coconino Center for the Arts. This is a fine craft exhibition that showcases work done with clay, glass, wood, and metal. Also it is my first ever application to have my work in a gallery!

Crazy Dazy in the City

This new version of the Crazy Dazy is selling like mad. Many thanks to Beadwork Magazine for using our beads in the October issue in The Challenge. Editor in Chief, Jean Campbell, made a stunning feminine bracelet with our beads. Dustin Wedekind, the Senior Editor, made a fun spiky garden barrette, and Jamie Hogsett, the Project Editor, made a funky-chunky bracelet. Right now she is working on a piece using our beads that might even end up in a spring issue!

honeycomb perfume bottles - Sept. 2004

This was the first time really making any hollow forms since breaking my hand. My middle finger is still badly sprained. I'm just trying to get used to my "new" hand that's now structurally different. :( Bottle 004 has a more subtle honeycomb and an opal dipper. Bottle 005 has a more defined honeycomb and a silver fume dot implosion dipper.

This is the first attempt to create full human figure. after assambling the limbs my kiln kept causing the electricity to fail and fall. i decided i better not continue in shaping the head 'till i solve the problem so i did the best flame annealing i could do in order to not creack it. after cooled, as i fixed the prob' it set a night at the annealer. will continue today. thanx 4 watching!
