Amphora

These small vessels are patterned after ancient jars known as Amphora found on sunken Greek ships by archaeologists. Thank you National Geographic for showing me this world. The connection from an ancient people with a form so clean, graceful and useful still today always leaves me amazed. These Amphora are two to three inches long and are colored both from the inside and outside and are often fumed. They are worn around the neck as a focal point of a necklace. They can also can be used to hold essential oils for aromatherapy.
