Art Glass Its Not Just For Windows

My name is Marc Konys and I design, engineer, fabricate and install my work for customers nationwide. That's the easy part the hard part is finding client interior designers and architects that want some thing new. I have pictures of work I have done not of work I want to do again.I love designing new things but I don't know what I will come up with until I see the job. I designed and built a kiln and tools just to make dripping glass edge.I would like to dream up something for you. Visit www.marckonys.com or more of my work.

'Mayo's Harmonica' by Mark Leputa in collaboration with Catherine Miller

The first in what I hope are many collaborations with the great Catherine Miller, master engraver. I originally was going to use photo resist to make a floral design but then thought of Catherine's floral motifs. I had been wanting to work with her and this was the perfect opportunity. It looks far better than I had imagined. This was made for my girlfriend. Catherine says the word 'love' is hidden in the engraving. Can you find it? sculpted, cut, polished, and engraved glass, metal, foam, and fabric glass - 5.75" x 2" x .75" case - 1.75" x 5.75" x 8.75" view some of Catherine's work at www.myglassart.org/catherinemiller 2008 AL
