15" tall by 10" at the base. Kind of Mickelsen-esque but it was mainly inspired by a recent snorkeling adventure in the bahamas.

A Mothers Day gift. This is a family tree meant to depict my immediate family. The two spheres on the top branches, or main trunk of the tree, represent my parents. The second branch, my sister, her husband and their two kids. The third branch is me, and this is where this piece got interestingly introspective. The optomist sees budding branches with plenty of room for growth. The realist sees separation, and the remains of branches that didnt survive the cold winters of life...

18" by 12" Simple yet elegant. Even though the spheres are yellow and the tree is blue. When I look at this piece, I see green.

The windswept look. Also has almost a defensive or fighting posture. Again, simple but fun.

Here are just a couple sculplures of some things that I see around my house everyday. It was inevitable that I would eventualy give in to the urge to capture them in glass....these are my first two of what will be a recurring theme.

KokoPeli, the ancient god of fertility never stops dancing and playing his tune of love. These make great wedding gifts and are alot of fun to make too.

This was a custom order for a gift for an alto sax player. Alot of fun to make! Stands about 10 inches tall with the foot. There are so many bells and whistles on a saxaphone that I couldnt get all of them, but I put alot of work into getting as many of the different keys and levers on there as possible.
Thak you for looking. Feel free to contact me about custom work.

Good times. Thanks to Ron Jr at Art Glass House for hosting this at his studio again this year. And of course thanks to Robert Mickelsen and Milon Townsend for attending and doing demos. I didnt take alot of pics, but hopefully someone else will post more.

Thank you for looking at my creations. The majority of what I sculpt is inspired by nature. The rest is inspired by my imagination, fueled with emotion.
"using emotion to create a wide variety of funcional and non-functional glass artwork."
website under construction...but working
