November 2004

Posted by WhitneyStreetStudio on 11/9/2004
As the temps drop and winter is approaching, I tend to enjoy beadmaking even more than usual, if that is possible at all. Nothing better than firing up the torch on a chilly day, the warm kiln radiating heat beside me, and as I look out the window just beside my work station, I see a beautiful century old tree and beyond that an old barn with rusty roof. A typical New England day in November.
Suzanne's Sizzling Greens
There's a story behind the name of this bead set...the short version is a little girl hated a pretty green dress her mama made her wear.
