This bangle was made with sterling silver, Bali silver bead caps and bead knot, and some of the first beads I ever made. The beads are simply Moretti Dark Ivory with Dark Turquoise splashes and dots of fine silver wire.

Not only am I a newbie to glass, I'm a newbie to art. I've been lampworking since April 2003, but I've already made efforts to explore ceramic jewlery as well as wire working.

I can't get over how much if my personality shows through my processes and creations. There are some creations I absolutely love, and others I hate. I've yet to make my "perfect" bead, but I keep trying for perfection, just like I keep trying to perfect myself. I'm learning that imperfection is okay in my art and my life. It's all about who I am and letting that show through.
