Earthamoon -- on fire...

Watching hot glass slide sideways in the flame is one of the most sensual things I can think of. When I am at the torch I feel so completely "in the moment", totally Zen! I love the colors, the shapes and the textures that can happen so spontaneously. A passion for lampworked beads has changed my creative life.

2005: Happy New Year all! New skills will hopefully give me the opportunity to share new work with you soon. I took the leap from spare-time beadmaking to full time. Simply put, art is the beginning of me, and leads me into untraveled territory. All other aspects of my life are anchored through this creative energy. Two years of melting glass has made me a fiend for the sound of the torch and the sight of the flow. I love each of my own creations and each is my favorite of the moment. It is a pleasure to share what I do and to learn from other creative souls.
