this sculpture was made for and is on display(for sale) at the Liquid Heat,Studio 8 Gallery in Lancaster, PA. the pictures are not the best, there were some problems loading the originals onto this site. this is a series of picture showing the layers involved in making this sculpture what it is. the flames were made using dichroic glass from Dichroic Alchemy, plate glass and dark cobalt. it is arranged and anchored to a purple heart base. thank you for looking

starship1 galaxy marble(double sided). it measures 2'' and has butterscotch and dark ruby pinwheels.this is just a simple outdoor shot, there were no cosmetic alterations done to the picture

this is a 1" marble using a .25" strip of out of a full sheet of starship1 to capture all of the color possibilities, this is alos my first attempt at adjusting the pixel size so bare with me if it isnt a good attempt. thank you for looking.

After burning my finger, I have been working on some smaller things, this marble was one of them, I wanted to see"What'll happen if I put all the opals in the marble?" It is about one inch.
