I get inspired when I walk past this countless times a day, so i thought I'd share it here. I made this 2+ inch "far freakin' out" marble a few years ago and kept it because the moss on the b-side checked. I really dig where it is now. Under this cool cheap glass lamp I got. I think about what my friend BT said about the "far freakin' out" marble I gave him. "Everyday I look at that piece and I remember that life is far freakin' out." Indeed

Travis Weber graced my studio with his presence a couple of days before the Fullerton marble show in Southern California last month. We made 10 collaboration marbles while he was here. This is the only one i got to photograph ... doh! Working with others is always inspiring and hangin with Travis was no exception. We both have a slightly different bag of tricks and different ways of working the glass and colors. It was a lot of fun with little sleep and tons of rockstar (all him) I think he drank like 20 cans of that shit LOL

This is a 3.2 inch marble collaboration between Fillip Vogelpohl and myself. I made the opal UFO/ shroom scene, and he made the sooper deep space vortex. We both backed and finished it. It was made at a demo Sunday morning at Wheaton Village marble weekend 2006 in southern NJ. It was great to work with Fillip and exchange vortex notes. He's great blower and a super nice guy.
