I made these while visiting my homeland "TX". Assisted by Kevin Doerner, one of the smoothest people to blow glass with. They range in size from 16" wide bowls to 20" plates. Studio temps ranged from the cool 95Fto the lovely 130F....

we got asked to make some pieces to help raise money for the palomar college student art foundation. All these peices were donated to them and 100% of the money raised will also go to them. We made these a few months ago. I got put in charge of choosing colors, and color application. Dan Mcstocker, Evan Marquis, and I took turns blowing them out and waving them. Big thanks to our assistants chris, Sara Lindsey, and Bernadette reed, and to richard reed for shooting the photos. Thanks for looking!!

so i got commissioned to make the glass flowers for this custom fountain at a private residence in palm springs. Mike shelbo gaffed the turtle and the horny toad. Their 96coe off the furnace. I lampworked the flowers, the yellow ones r 33coe, the pink ones are 96coe pulled off the furnace then lampworked, and the one in far left corner is 33coe. the whole fountain is stainless steel and copper, painted. They were very picky this is what they wanted.
