I cut the flowers and leaves from copper foil (36 gauge). I cut the wires I use to the lengths I need. Then I braze the wire to the copper. This is a very delicate operation. I shape the cut copper. I mix the vitreous enamel with a holding agent and a little rubbing alcohol. I apply the enamel (wet) to the formed copper shapes. Let it dry completely and then heat it to 1400-1500 F. with my Acetylene torch. After the enameled pieces are cooled, I arrange how I want it and braze it together
