Most of these windows or panels are designed to hang in a window to interact with natural light (artificial light will also work. The copper overlay pieces go through a very dynamic range of look depending on the incoming light. They change throughout the day as they hang in a window and respond to sunlight conditions. Wood frames are solid oak and come with brass name plates.
