I finally found my signature bead. I've designed this pattern for my alien bead exchange in L.E. I hope it brings a smile in your face because it is a great joy to sculpt them :)

G'day I'm Rifie, a self-confessed insomniac and a glass addict. I currently live in Sydney and I've been a flameworker since April 2006. I consider myself a sculptor, using glass as a media. My main subject for my pieces are kritters... I've been developing my own designs and I think I've found my signature bead.... "mice from space" They will be on auction soon... so watch this space heheeheh.

I've been featured as a Lampwork Babe for Spring 2007 for The Annealer Magazine website and I am a very proud member of the Self-Representing Artist in Australia/New Zealand SRA/ANZ as well as the Self Representing Artist SRA overseas.

This means, I do not mass produce.
My beads are individually handcrafted by me, using gravity and all have been kiln-annealed for lasting beauty and durability.

I hope that I bring you joy, luck and peace with my creations. Cheerios!
