As the weather gets cooler my torchworking days draw to a close, the Hothead goes into hibernation until the Spring thaw... *sniffle* So here are some of my latest bead creations, I've been spending most of my time making beads instead of jewelry.

I've been drawing since I could hold a crayon, thanks to my mother who is also an artist. It wasn't until I began working with hot glass May 2005 that something really sparked inside of me. As a self-taught glass artist, I hope my beads are just the beginning of a long and adventurous career into this astounding medium.

Thanks!
Thank you Travis and Ben :)
Ben, I'm in Michigan and working in the basement with a box fan in the door and one on the other side of me to help move fumes out. It just gets too cold during late Fall and Winter (people around here get grumpy when I cause the heating bill to skyrocket). ;) Hopefully I'll be moving to an artists' community here in December but the studio situation is still unknown. Wish me luck!
