Colorful glass vines/ stalks would be used in place of the linear "wheat glass " I have drawn above and in the next few drawings. They would surround chandelier frame exterior.

Similar metal frame would be used

Have not drawn my stalks and vines concept (waiting for your approval), but this and the next 2 drawings illustrate a similar concept I never had the chance make.

My glass vines would be similar to this photo, but use much more glass and would have a bright/warm color pallet.

The linear “Wheat Glass”, would be replaced with more organic and brightly colored “Glass Stalks” similar to this and the next top of a pitcher plant.

This drawing shows the "troft or channel", that would support and safely hold the glass stalks in place, the twisting glass vines would run inside and out of these stalks and would be supported by copper spikes welded to the arms of the Chandelier Frame .

Basic shape, but more colorful, and less linear

The Drawing above outlines the basic shape, but the vines would be more like the "texture sample" photo, and the stalkes will look more like pitcher plants.

Hundreds of glass ribbons would twist inside and out of a metal frame similar to this and the drawing before. These would diffuse the 3- 150 watt bulbs in the lower basket.

My job as an artist is to make sculpture that diffuses and projects light, but I still need to engineer this to easily change a bulb, and meet U.L. and NEC Code standards.
