My Sahara

My Sahara

Multiple layered fused glass for the Sahara Desert scene bordered with mosaic design of murrini's complemented by Michael Angelo Menconi of The Contemporary Studio of Glass Art and pieces of sheet glass. Set in a cast iron frame with additional custom design hooks for the blown glass capsule necessary for the scroll that holds the non-fiction narrative.
