Purple Wall Sconce

  « Lit Wall Sconces

(Art Glass Lamps & Lighting)

Purple Wall Sconce I finally figured out a good purple to use for my wall sconces. It doesn't look as good in the photos, but I guess it never does. Some day I will figure out how to take proper photos of my lit pieces. This is a welded steel frame with glass attached. I have an order for two of these so when I have both I will post them as a set. 14"W x 23"H Thanks for looking

The base is a bit too long but I will fix that. The purple is much brighter in person.

Lindemann Glass
I have been working with glass for about 9 years. I first started in my senior year at UC Santa Cruz as a Biology Major. About halfway through my senior year I got a basic lampworking setup and by the time I graduated I was making enough money to survive. Since then I have been working hard to build my studio, my knowledge, and to continually advance as a glassblower. My first few years I had very little influence from other glassblowers and recently I have realized that there are a lot of talented and inspirational artists out there and I am glad I finally feel like I am becoming part of the glassblowing community. Wonderful work
The one of you that is a glass artist. Is a heck of an artist.Often times I wish there were ten of me. One that is a computer wizard and a photographer is another I'd choose. I love your glass. Terry Armstrong Hamra
