Here's a few pics I snapped during the 2nd session of the 2007 Sonoran Glass Art Academy Flame Off in Tucson, AZ.
I was a little busy during the 1st session making a marble, and I couldn't get any pics. I hope others will post their pics so I can see how cool I looked bumping elbows with Bandhu Dunham - literally, bumping elbows as we torched.
It was a great event. My hat goes off to the Sonoran Glass Art Academy for everything they did to make it a good time.

I've been working with glass for about five years now, mostly part-time. In the last year and a half, my focus has primarily been marble making with borosilicate. Once in a while I'll mix it up with soft glass beads and jewelry, boro beads, and functional pieces.
