(Uncategorized)

Frabel Studio at the Atlanta Botanical Garden Flameworked orchids by Frabel Studio at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. This is a great show, with some amazingly talented artists. If you are in or near the Atlanta area, you should definitely go check it out. I apologize about some of the glare in the pictures, most of the work was under acrylic, and made it really hard to photograph. There were also large mosaic sculpture by Niki de Saint Phalle, all through out the garden.

Where is this?
There's a large sculptural structure in a park near here in Escondido, CA that looks almost identical in style. Where's this one located?

They are probably by the same artist, Nikki de Saint Phalle. Her work is very well known and is display publicly around the world.
For those who wants to visit the Atlanta Botanical Garden, this exhibit runs until April 1. The orchids are definitely more spectacular in person.
