Impressionist Landscapes

Posted by Anna Duhame on 1/7/2007
As it may be evident, I love landscapes...AND trees! Wouldn't you know that I also love Impressionist paintings? These are my own kind of hommage to the Impressionistic greats such as Monet, Manet, and Van Gogh....the thing is...these beads had no actual painting involved!

I love how it appears to be a chilly day although the tree's leaves and grass are green. I love that it looks painted, without having used a drop of paint. I love the stark black of the tree trunks against the light shades of blue, green, and beige.

My personal website is located at www.alddesigns.com . Each of these pieces is an individual piece of art and pretty much one of a kind. It is possible for me to create similar pieces upon request, but they will always have some variation. Thank you for visiting!
