This piece was given away as a gift but I never got a picture of the completed jar. I recently had an opportunity to travel to it's home and got a couple pics. I have another one in the works and a pee wee version about half way done.
All of the larger marbles (1.0-1.25 inches) were done one at a time - i.e. not from one big cane. Some of the smaller marbles at the top were done two at a time from a cane like a furnace worker would do.
There's approx 40+ marbles in this jar (yes I lost count).

I've been working with glass for about five years now, mostly part-time. In the last year and a half, my focus has primarily been marble making with borosilicate.
