It is through the neccessity to create that I am an artist, woman, business owner, director, college administrator, fabricator, teacher, student, and dreamer. My satisfaction in creating art comes from how it makes people feel . My goal is that the viewer finds wonder on the basis of beauty, intrigue in its technical craft, and curiosity in the underlying concept. Art is an expression through the use of a visual language. My language consists of glass and metal. Within my representational work, I choose to explore where we are from, and where we are going as intellectual, emotional, and spiritual beings. Most importantly, who we ARE. Other times my artwork serves to create a welcoming and compelling atmosphere in homes as well as in the public. My sculptures grace galleries, homes, architectural spaces, and the public. I hope you will find beauty and meaning in my work.
