Here's a tree I made last night. It's the biggest one by far that I've done like this. It's all solid. I used Twilight, Peacock, and Agua Azul for the whole thing. It stands about 10 inches tall by ten inches wide. It's the first tree I've made that's not brown and green. I like it!! It's a wedding gift for a couple who both work for the Forestry Service on the mainland. maybe they'll use it to hang jewelry on... I hope you like it.
Aloha!

Aloha everyone! My name is Ben Burton and I've been lampworking since January of 1999. I work borosilicate primarily but I will occasionally work moretti as well. I consider myself a sculptural artist, although I enjoy making focal pendants and have recently become infatuated with making marbles too. I live on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii and my work is constantly influenced by the beauty around me!! I hope you take the time to check out and enjoy my work!!! Please feel free to leave comments or messages. Live Aloha!

I do live in Hawaii
On the Island of O'ahu. I'm on the windward side of the island, in Kailua. If you know the area, I'm right by the Skate Park in Enchanted Lakes. Email me at bibablabin(at)aol.com if you'd like to get in touch.Thank you all for checking out my work!
