This gallery is to show my work and the direction I am going in. I hope you find it of interest. I have been a lampworker for about a year now and find it fascinating. I love to work with glass and it has endless possibilities. My main interests at the moment are flower beads and organic type beads but I also like to dabble in other types of bead making. If you are interested in purchasing any of my work then please visit my website or e mail me to check availability.

I have finally managed to make a "fairy" bead, I am very pleased with this first one, hope you like it as well. This bead measures about 40mm in height by about 25mm wide. I like her because she has "movement". I find it hard to describe this type of bead, they look like paintings but are not paintings. They are not sculptural, any body who has any ideas of how I could categorise this type of bead, do please contact me.

I have been working on different types of focals and thought they needed a page all to themselves.

I love the way it is possible to make glass appear like stone and I am experimenting and will post my efforts here. I hope you find it interesting.

This section I am just reserving for my curved beads. These are quite difficult to make but very rewarding when you see them. They are a lovely bead for a necklace, simple - just add a chain or hang on leather. If you are interested in any of them just go to my website to see if they are available. They are all about 50mm long x 25mm wide, some are slightly smaller depending on the shape I have made.

I love making focal's, there are no restrictions, you don't have to worry about matching sets and you have complete freedom of design.

I love florals and I love the watercolour or painterley effects you can achieve with glass and enamel. I am constantly experimenting with new techniques in order to get different effects. These are a few of the recent styles I have been working on. I hope you like them.

I decided to use this page to store my items that don't fit in with my other beads because these are experimental types. Here is where I will put for example my "paintings".

As I make so many of this type of bead I thought I would put them on a seperate page. I think the fossil type beads are absolutely fascinating, I will also include "stone" like beads and others that I think fall into this category.
