This was my first butterfly. It doesn't look much like a butterfly but it turned out cool anyway.

My name is Malissa Kuznicki and I live in the "Glass City" A.K.A Toledo, Ohio. I've been working with glass since 2003. I started out with slumping and fusing but in 2004 I found flameworking and have done very little fusing since. I've also taken several off-hand glassblowing classes at the Glass Pavilion. Up to this point I've had no formal instruction in flameworking but thanks to books, videos, and some wonderful on-line communities, I'm learning something new everyday!
