Wall Sconce "Bloom"

  « Lit Wall Sconces

(Art Glass Lamps & Lighting)

Wall Sconce "Bloom" This is my latest Wall Sconce. 14"W x 20"H. Still perfecting this design. I'm not totally satisfied but I'm getting closer. It looks much better in person cuz lighting is difficult for photography.

This is the frame I welded for the Sconce. It wasn't easy figuring out how everything was going to fit.

Lindemann Glass
I have been working with glass for about 9 years. I first started in my senior year at UC Santa Cruz as a Biology Major. About halfway through my senior year I got a basic lampworking setup and by the time I graduated I was making enough money to survive. Since then I have been working hard to build my studio, my knowledge, and to continually advance as a glassblower. My first few years I had very little influence from other glassblowers and recently I have realized that there are a lot of talented and inspirational artists out there and I am glad I finally feel like I am becoming part of the glassblowing community.
