something that has been consuming my sparetime, and actually alot of my work time. alot of thought and substance behind. these pieces raise some signifigant questions for me as an art glass pipe maker. dead and long buried..transcended, again something i find beautiful.. many more to come, as i am slowly filling a room. thanks for looking.

this specimen was discovered near the banks of the sand river. over the course of time this river has nurtured a multitude of civilizations and changed it course countless times. according to geochronology, the artifact dates back 75 to 80 B.C., predating the portland vase..stunning evidence that glass was manipulated far earlier than we have been led to believe. due to the fragilty of the piece, the matrix will recieve no further removal. near by petroglyphs indicate this culture was heavily dedicated to smoking rituals. much more to be revealed.

Couldn't wait to see your GA site, been a fan of the GP one for so long. I took a Mickelsen workshop recently and he mentioned you as one of his favorites. Thought I'd pass that along... great work, can't wait to see more. -Josh
