Kiln Formed Glass

Kiln Formed Glass

Posted by Malissa Kuznicki on 5/25/2006
Before I started flameworking, I tried fusing and slumping. I had a hard time resisting the urge to peek. I took that as a sign that I needed to do something a little more hands-on.

My name is Malissa Kuznicki and I live in the "Glass City" A.K.A Toledo, Ohio. I've been working with glass since 2003. I started out with slumping and fusing but in 2004 I found flameworking and have done very little fusing since. I've also taken several off-hand glassblowing classes at the Glass Pavilion. Up to this point I've had no formal instruction in flameworking but thanks to books, videos, and some wonderful on-line communities, I'm learning something new everyday! Check out my shop. http://www.ObsessoriesStudios.etsy.com Or see what I'm currently working on at my blog: http://malissakuznicki.blogspot.com/ http://www.myspace.com/obsessories
