I think this is my favorite of all time. She really stirs alot of emotions in me. I see a woman who has had a hard life, but still is able to hold herself up with grace and dignity. She bears the scares of life proudly.

She was my first in this series and so I love her. She is beautiful even with all of her little imperfection... like all women are.

I made this bead yesterday, which was a Monday and I was certainly feeling a bit blue and abused...my heart was hurting. This bead though also is the first in a subseries of beads I plan to make in honour of breast cancer survivors.

So, I revisited the Tiny Dancer shape yesterday and I am much happier with what I got this time. Violet base, various enamels, silver leaf and then reduced just a bit to add an iridecent shine.

Glowing like beach glass she fades from beautiful pale emerald to a light aqua. I love to color combination in this one. Thanks Susie !

She danced and the universe exploded into being.

Testing a new Lauscha colour, well, it was new to me anyway. It is called Buckthorn. Reminds me of golden honey but it also gave some nice hints of soft rose

Well, this one is actually a goddess but I put her here any way. Ivory, silver, enamels

This is on a transparent base which I find alot harder to do sculptural stuff with. In the flame the glass is so cleat it is harder for me to see the deninition. Also playing with some new lighting
