i started playing with glass at the start of 2005. i have an associates degree in art but no formal lessons in glass blowing. i am self-taught with only a few books and videos to guide me. i hope to learn from other artists here and look forward to your comments on my work.

I have been working on a new frog design. These are my first three in this new approach and are a little more animated than my usual reptiles. There should be many more of these to come.

Made this run of canes a while back and never got around to posting them here.
It has taken countless hours of research, practice, failures and triumphs to get my milli work where I wanted it but finally I feel confident with my skills in this facet of lampworking and look forward to continuing to push myself. I never would have been able to figure out everything that goes into making these without the help and encouragement from a few fellow artists so I would like to say thanks to, AK, Dave Strobel, Travis Chaudoir, the melting pot and anyone who has ever purchased and used my canes.
thanks for looking

These pictures are aweful, I know. I made this as a gift at the last possible minute and had no time to get good shots. Made completely of solid boro. I was very happy with the color choices and plan on making more soon.

an evil toad and a scared lizard. my first peperweights were alot of fun. i wish there was a market for them. i had a bad experience making the toad. it slapped the front of my torch causing $250 in repairs. that's why he looks so pissed, my emotions came through.
