James Lang was born in Philadelphia PA on Feb 5 1981. He currently resides in Johnson City TN, where he practices the art of lampworking. He has taken classes at Penland school of crafts and studied under Emilio Santini, Brian Kerkvliet, Matthew Eskuche, Jay Work, Shannon Hill, and Boyd Miller.
