Adventures with Silver Foil

I just got a very large set of mini punches...lots of fabulous shapes to try out...dragonflies, dolphins, and even a castle....this is where I will be posting my finished beads...the technique is trickier than it looks...it is hard not to melt or distort the silver foil.

Purple Butterfly
Circa1972: Wow, this is gorgeous! This is another one I never got to see! So glad you have a gallery of your past work for me to scroll through. The shade of purple you achieved in this bead is phenomenal. The flowers are perfect, you really hit that "chintz" nail on the head here. The silver butterfly is such an elegant touch!
