This set of 4 panels is meant to maintain an open feeling of the glass defining and being cut into by the space around it. The optical effects of the surfaces are done w/ the idea of passing by and thru this interaction. Each panel is roughly 36"x22"x3/4". They are held inplace by only the top and bottom so the exposed vertical edges can help express the movement w/in each panel.

You gotta tell me......
how was this done? It looks like a sheet of tempered glass youd see out front in a store window.

I dont know much about glass work yet but that piece fascinates me.
