Dichroic laminated glass made into geometric sculptures for color-changing light reflection/transmission FX. All cold worked, bonded with Loctite 352 using a 1500 watt American Ultraviolet Porta-Cure lamp (awesome lamp-even surface cures the UV adhesive dry to touch in 5 seconds).

Thanks for visiting my gallery! Yes, Dichrolam is a new product on the market, but it is not marketed into the art glass market (architectural spec only). It is only available as laminated glass like DS+DS or thicker, with the dichro in the core layer of resin. It can NOT be fused in a kiln (max temp is 200F), just cold worked, and UV glued, but not on edges, unless masked.
Its great to show my work here among such excellent glass artists - really inspiring.

i looked some more at your website
fascinating history behind the product. i love hearing from artists that make an impact on industry, using their obsessions to progress the field technically and aesthetically. you're not just slapping some dichroed plate glass together (albeit quite nicely if you were) , but rather, i think you've opened up some serious possibilities to the design world along the way. hope we get to chat some time

Wow, that's some crazy stuff. I think what you are doing with the Dichrolam is awesome, very innovative. I hope to see more of your art. On a side note- that conference table on the website is unbelieveable, I want one even though I don't have conferences.
