WindowSceneSeries #5

WindowSceneSeries #5

Posted by EyeCandyArts on 1/5/2006
This series I utilize a clear window in a reversal to expose a 2nd layer of patterns under it, such as a honeycomb, a sheet of dichro, or a dichro galaxy swirl.

...roots...
I did post this series before JP posted his beautiful hollow work with the same windowing concept, and I also had a few of these at AGI in august, but I make no claims to inventing 'this' technique/concept. Big thanks to Micah Evans, an old shopmate and great friend. He and I sat around for hours conceptulizing this technique after being inspired by a Bearclaw gallery last spring. Look what it evolved into Micah!
