this is the technique i saw the first time i fell in love with glass/lampworking when i was a kid. i havent tried it in a while, the first attempt didnt work out so good, its hard! really really amazing piece!!!! ro

thanks guys, yeah, im nuts. last night he bought me a few drinks and thanked me 10 times for doing it...then layed it on me he wants another one made, no matter what the cost, that was a sobering thought.

very traditional
wow these pieces take me back to when I was about 5 years old and would slip away from my parents to watch the lampworkers at the county fair .This was my first fasanation with glass.I love the loop stiching technique it really is the root of borosilicate sculpture .Very nice work . Keep it up
