Hello my name is Marcus Knowles. Glass has been a recent introduction in my life. In the summer of 2005 I made my first piece. I have been nothing but inspired by everything that I see. Galleries that I visit and web sites that I view give all too much inspiration. I am always looking for the next great idea and design. In no time at all I feel like I have imersed myself in this culture and surrounded myself with people that can help attain the next idea.
My father helps gives expertice with his life-long persuit of artistic ideas. My roommate has years of stained glass experience and helped me get a foothold on a start. I have also been greatful of Mike Jutten who has helped in starting a love for fusing and slumped glass. He can be visited at www.mikesglassworks.com.
