This is a very large 3 section incalmo vessel. I used a technique called "graal" to produce the tree images on the surface of the glass. To create graal images on glass, you must use a sandblaster and photo resist paper. This piece was very tough to make because of size and complexity. Frits and powders were used to create this vessel. True height is 18.4 inches. This piece was donated to the Eugene Glass School for there annual auction.

Thank you for viewing my gallery. Everything you see above is made with borosilicate glass. I took a long break from glassblowing to seek other forms of artwork, but I am back in the game again with lots of new inspiration and creative ideas. Thanx to all who supported me on my way.
