Directly inspired by the work of Alexander Caulder - these mobiles are large dynamic pieces that utilize the beauty of
glass to add a bright funky pop to any home/office/garden.
Most of these mobiles I make custom designed for their spaces - but I do create quite a few to display with me at the Portland Saturday Market, sell on my website (www.leahglass.com) and also they are available at Fireborne Gallery here in Portland, OR.
The first one I made was for Sam Adams, our commissioner here in Portland - for his assistant's office in City Hall. The piece fills a large 10ft window - its all large red circles and one black circle - reminicent of Caulder's dream about mars.
Since then I have been creating like crazy. Keeping up with demand. Check them out - they really are fun!
